The Mysterious Benedict Society is a group that consists of Reynie Muldoon, Kate Wetherall, George "Sticky" Washington, and Constance Contraire. Their ages respectively are 11, 12, 11, and 2 as of the first book. Their group was formed to stop Mr. Curtain and his diabolical plots. They are an extremely gifted group of children and the protagonists of The Mysterious Benedict Society series by Trenton Lee Stewart.

There are several adults that helped form the Mysterious Benedict Society. Among these are Mr. Benedict (its namesake), Number Two, Rhonda Kazembe, and Milligan Wetherall.

The name "The Mysterious Benedict Society" was ultimately chosen by Constance, while names like the "Four Kids Gang" or "Secret Agent Kid Group", proposed by Sticky, were turned down.

Later, in The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Riddle of Ages, a five-year-old called Tai Li joins the Society.
